Shipping Term
Orders usually dispatch from the Netherlands within one week. Shipping within Europe, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the Eurozone 5-14 working days.*
*These are estimates, due to covid19 there are possible shipping delays
Packaging
Artworks will be packed flat. We make sure all artworks are wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.
Delivery Charges
Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout * and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping will mostly be insured & with track and trace *, and is handled by PostNL or TNT.

*For smaller items you can sometimes choose sending without track and trace and insurance. Please realize that this will be at your own risk. If the package does not arrive, we cannot do anything for you!

*When using Express Checkout your shipping cost will not be visible prior to logging in on your account but it will be calculated prior to payment at the checkout.
Payment Options
You can pay by ideal | pay pal | creditcard | bancontact | sofort banking.
First fill in your contactdetails at checkout, or log in to your shop-account. You can pay as a guest or save your info and make a shop-account.
Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can notify us that you want to return the artwork in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after receiving your artwork (only if a track & trace option was used). Please make sure the artwork is packed safely and properly because you are responsible for damage or loss! The buyer must take on the cost of the return postage.
Please inform us before returning any items!!
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will only make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. All shippings above €35 are insured. [* Below €35 you can choose cheaper sending without track and trace and insurance but this is at your own risk and there will be no refund possible! ]
