Recently my sweetheart made a vegetable garden in his studio. A vegetable garden on wheels so it can go outside when the sun is shining or when it rains.

This garden has everything for lunch, from lettuce to zucchini, and from tomato to pumpkin. What cannot be found in it is cabbage.

But ever since his mobile garden the place is overflown with cabbage whites Usually they find their way out on their own but occasionally I have to 'save' the ones that get stuck on the top windows. I just grab a ladder, carefully put a glass over them, slide a piece of paper underneath , all without touching the wings of course.

And after that comes the good part, the release. There they go beautifully dancing against the blue sky. Whenever I see a cabbage white, it brings the message to see life lighter.
So this one is free again to make someone else happy with a sign. :-)

'Cabbage White' - 10x10 cm - LG

Sinds kort heeft mijn liefje een moestuin in zijn atelier. Een moestuin op wielen dus die kan naar buiten als de zon schijnt of juist als t regent.

In die moestuin staat van alles voor de lunch, van sla tot courgette, en van tomaat tot pompoen. Wat er niet in te vinden is is kool maar sinds zijn mobiele tuin stikt het wel van de koolwitjes binnen in zijn atelier.

Meestal vinden ze zelf hun weg naar buiten maar als ik langskom heb ik altijd het gevoel er een paar te moeten ‘redden’ Diegenen die steeds opnieuw tegen de bovenste ramen vliegen. Ladder pakken, voorzichtig een glas eroverheen, een papiertje eronder zonder de vleugels te raken natuurlijk. Daarna is er niets zo fijn als ze buiten weg te zien fladderen. Mooi dansend in de blauwe lucht.

Als ik een koolwitje zie weet ik altijd dat ik het leven lichter mag zien. Dus deze is weer vrij om iemand anders blij te maken met een teken.
